Subscription and Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can modify or cancel subscriptions and pre-orders placed with Frojus. It should be read together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
As our products are cosmetic and personal-care items, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty. Please review our Returns Policy for further details.
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency and duration you select at checkout.
- Billing & secure payment: Your payment method will be stored securely by our payment provider and charged automatically for each delivery on your chosen schedule, unless you have paid in advance.
- Auto-renewal: Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel at any time before the next billing date.
- Managing or cancelling your subscription: Your confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription. From there, you can update details, skip a shipment, change frequency, or cancel. You can also contact us at sales@frojus.com.
- Cut-off periods: Cancellations or changes made after your next order has been processed will take effect from the following cycle.
- Returns & refunds: Subscription orders are subject to our Returns Policy. Opened products cannot be returned unless defective.
Your right to cancel under UK law
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if your subscription involves the supply of goods, you have a 14-day right to cancel beginning the day after you receive your first delivery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging unless faulty. Future recurring shipments can be cancelled any time before the next scheduled billing date.
2. Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to reserve an upcoming or temporarily out-of-stock item. Depending on the product, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout. If a deposit is taken, the remaining balance will be charged automatically when the product becomes available for shipment.
- Estimated release dates: Any date provided is an estimate and may change. You will be notified if there are significant delays.
- Cancelling a pre-order: You can cancel any unpaid or partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled by contacting sales@frojus.com with your order number.
- After fulfilment: Once your pre-order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a refund according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Price adjustments: Your purchase price is fixed at checkout. Subsequent price changes or promotions will not apply to your confirmed pre-order unless otherwise stated.
- Failed balance payment: If we cannot collect the remaining balance, we will contact you. If payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be cancelled and any deposit refunded according to the listing terms.
3. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Items
All returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty, defective, or not as described.
