1. Shipping Overview
All orders placed through Frojus are processed and dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre. We aim to ship orders promptly while ensuring your products arrive safely and securely.
Our shipping partner is Royal Mail, and all parcels are sent using fully tracked services for both domestic and international deliveries.
2. UK Shipping
- Service: Royal Mail 48 Tracked
- Estimated delivery time: 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Tracking: You will receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
- Dispatch time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
- Delivery days: Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally using tracked airmail services to ensure safe and reliable delivery. You will receive tracking details by email once your parcel leaves our UK facility.

Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of World: 10–20 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
- Tracking: All international parcels are sent via a tracked service. A tracking link will be provided once dispatched.
- Customs & duties: International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees that may apply upon entry into their country. We do not cover these costs.
4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the Royal Mail or partner courier’s website.
5. Delayed or Missing Deliveries
If your parcel is delayed or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking details first. Royal Mail considers a parcel delayed after:
- 10 working days for UK deliveries
- 25 working days for international deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived after these periods, please contact our support team at sales@frojus.com quoting your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with Royal Mail or the relevant carrier.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Frojus is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, we can resend it, but additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the packaging, product, and shipping label where possible. We will open an investigation with Royal Mail and, where confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund.
